For me, the year passed as the "new normal" set it.
My birthday was about halfway into my first year of marriage and my third year of college.
I had worked at the same job for about a year and a half when that famous birthday arrived.
I have a friend whose daughter turned twenty one this week.
Feeling proud of her and blessed by God to be her mother, her heart is no doubt full.
So many possibilities, so many opportunities.
So many choices.
So many dreams.
What can be said to a young man or woman who is turning twenty one?
Here’s something good thing to remember—
Lead them to Proverbs, chapter 21, verse 21:
He who pursues righteousness and love
finds life, prosperity and honor.
If each possibility, opportunity, choice or dream is met with a goal toward righteousness and love, an honorable life is sure to be the result.
